These terms and conditions apply between you and Discount Leasing ("Discount Leasing") for the lease of any UK supplied vehicles. UK Vehicles listed on the website are supplied by recommended dealers and leasing companies and Discount Leasing acts as the broker for said companies.
Orders
1. Your order of a vehicle from this website is an offer by you. All orders are subject to acceptance by Discount Leasing, availability, price changes in Clause 2.2, and the payment of a deposit in accordance with Clauses 3.1-3.2. If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, Discount Leasing will contact you by email or telephone (if you have given us your details) to provide possible alternatives. If the vehicle is available and Discount Leasing accepts your offer then Discount Leasing will contact you to request payment of the deposit in accordance with Clause 3.1-3.2 below.
Prices
1. The prices quoted includes VAT if Personal Leasing and does not include VAT if Business leasing, delivery by the dealer, number plates, Road Fund Licence for the term and the Vehicle Registration Charge.
2. Discount Leasing reserves the right to change the price either before or after Discount Leasing accepts any order. Discount Leasing shall notify you of such a change and you have the right to cancel your order if the change is not acceptable.
3. Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by us capable of an acceptance by you.
3. Payment
1. Depending on the options requested and manufacturer requirements, a non refundable deposit will be required from you when you make your order.
2. Payment of the deposit shall be made by debit or credit card. Discount Leasing shall not accept your order until we receive cleared funds.
Delivery/Registration
1. Discount Leasing shall arrange with you delivery of the vehicle to your home or office if required. While Discount Leasing will arrange delivery, the dealer or an agent will undertake the actual delivery itself. Discount Leasing accepts no responsibility for any vehicle not delivered in accordance with the delivery arrangements agreed with the dealer.
2. Arranged deliveries are restricted to mainland Britain and deliveries to Scotland and Wales may bear a surcharge in certain cases. You will be informed in advance if this is the case.
3. Local registrations of vehicles is not possible.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and Discount Leasing and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
Discount Leasing is committed to customer service. Should you have any complaint about the Discount Leasing Service, Discount Leasing is committed to resolving complaints in a fair and effective manner.
Please inform Discount Leasing by email at customerservice@DiscountLeasing.com should you have any complaint about Our Service. We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and undertaking all reasonable efforts to resolving it promptly under the circumstances. We will provide you with a time scale for resolving the dispute and keep you regularly updated with respect to Our progress.
